Resumo: Esse trabalho tem por diretriz investigativa identificar e explicitar os diferentes eixos argumentativos pelos quais o uso legítimo da razão pura na Dialética Transcendental (Dialética) da Crítica da Razão Pura é problematizado. Nessa linha procura reconhecê-los e agrupá-los em três eixos. O primeiro eixo que reconhecemos diz respeito à coação do uso transcendente (ilegítimo) da razão pura, no qual a investigação da razão como sede de uma aparência transcendental é a tese central; aqui alcançamos e desenvolvemos o sentido negativo da Dialética. O segundo eixo que reconhecemos diz respeito ao uso regulador (legítimo) que Kant procura reivindicar para a razão pura, no qual o filósofo prussiano avança sobre a tese da razão como sede de princípios regulativos; aqui alcançamos e desenvolvemos o sentido positivo da Dialética. Em meio a todo esse processo, procuraremos mostrar que para Kant se trata menos de expor os usos da razão, senão de um processo de reivindicação dos "direitos" da razão pura para a experiência e de sua legitimidade em filosofia, desde um ponto de vista negativo até um positivo, pelo qual se recupera gradualmente a confiança nessa faculdade humana. Processo cujas fases sucessivas demonstram a imprescindibilidade da investigação e crítica das operações da razão pura para o âmbito teórico, seja para a determinação da filosofia transcendental, seja para as investigações da natureza em geral, mas, também, o valor de todo ele para o desbloqueio da razão pura para um uso imanente (in concreto). É nessa direção que reconhecemos um terceiro eixo argumentativo, sobre o qual "projeta-se" um (possível) uso prático da razão; aqui ampliamos o sentido positivo da Dialética ou o proveito positivo da primeira Crítica. Avançando sistematicamente sobre esses três eixos argumentativos, o que se quer demonstrar é a centralidade da Dialética Transcendental tanto de uma perspectiva interna (unidade da Crítica) quanto externa (projeto crítico)

Abstract: This work has as an investigative guideline to identify and explain the different argumentative axes by which the legitimate use of pure reason in the Transcendental Dialectic (Dialectic) of the Critique of Pure Reason is problematized. In this line seeks to recognize and group them in three axes. The first argumentative axis we recognize concerns the coercion of the transcendent (illegitimate) use of pure reason, in which the investigation of reason as the seat of a transcendental appearance is the central thesis. Here we reach and develop the negative sense of Dialectic. The second argumentative axis we recognize concerns the regulatory (legitimate) use that Kant seeks to claim for pure reason, in which the Prussian philosopher advances on the thesis of reason as the seat of regulative principles. Here we reach and develop the positive sense of the Dialectic. In the midst of this whole process, we shall try to show that for Kant it is less a question of exposing the uses of reason than a process of claiming the "rights" of pure reason to the experience and its legitimacy in philosophy, from a negative point of view to a positive, by which the confidence in this human faculty is gradually recovered. Process whose successive stages demonstrate the indispensability of inquiry and criticism of the operations of pure reason to the theoretical scope, whether for the determination of the transcendental philosophy or for the investigations of nature in general, but also the value of all of it for the unlocking pure reason to an immanent (in concreto) use. It is in this direction that we recognize a third argumentative axis, on which a (possible) practical use of reason "is projected". Here we enlarge the positive sense of the Dialectic or the positive advantage of the first Critique. Advancing in a systematic way on these three argumentative axes, what is wanted to demonstrate is the centrality of the Transcendental Dialectic both from an internal perspective (unit of the Critique) and external perspective (critical project)
