Resumo: Este trabalho se propõe a analisar o primeiro livro do romancista nigeriano Chinua Achebe, Thingslall apart, comoromance de fundação da literatura nigeriana de língua inglesa. Abstract: This academic work intends to analyze Chinua Achebe's first novel Thing sfall apart read as a founding novel, it is considered a cornerstone within the Anglophone Nigerian literature.
