Abstract: An adult specimen and a third instar larva of Chrysomya megacephala were analyzed for a 3D model of each of the life forms presented by this Diptera (Insecta) of medical and forensic importance. This didactic strategy aims to motivate the public to learn taxonomy and entomology in general. In addition, it can be a viable alternative for inclusive education, particularly for those with some type of visual impairment, since it is possible to recognize the diagnostic characters by touch
