Resumo: A presente pesquisa faz uso da metáfora da jardinagem para apresentar a trajetória profissional da pesquisadora nos últimos dez anos como professora de bebês, Ensino Fundamental, Ensino Superior e formadora de professoras e professores. Por ser militante da Pedagogia Freinet, ela se questionou sobre a viabilidade ou não do uso dos instrumentos pedagógicos criados por Célestin Freinet para na formação inicial e formação continuada de professores. A pesquisadora já sabia da potência que era seu uso com as crianças. Tal questão foi elaborada a partir da premissa A criança é da mesma natureza que o adulto, ou seja, todos sentem necessidade de pertencer a uma comunidade, de escolher seus trabalhos, de se expressar livremente, de se comunicar e se avaliar. A investigação organizou-se por meio dos princípios metodológicos propostos pela Metodologia de Pesquisa Narrativa em Educação. Como um projeto paisagístico, a pesquisa foi dividida em três fases. A primeira diz respeito ao memorial de formação, solo no qual a autora cresceu e as semeaduras vividas na infância, adolescência e vida profissional. Na segunda fase da pesquisa, transposições das mudas de narrativas das experiências profissionais para a terra, de modo a estabelecer raízes que interligaram o vivido com o referencial teórico que sustenta o trabalho, como: Freinet, Freire, Krenak, González-Monteagudo e Nóvoa. As reflexões elaboradas narrativamente levaram a pesquisadora a conhecer novos conceitos que a ajudaram na produção e interpretação das narrativas ? conceitos desenvolvidos pelo Movimento da Escola Moderna - MEM de Portugal: autoformação cooperada, comunidade de prática e isomorfismo pedagógico. Por fim, na última fase, com o jardim finalizado, foi possível observar cada canteiro e extrair as lições que floresceram deles. Concluiu-se ser possível o uso dos instrumentos Freinet em diferentes momentos da educação e fases da vida; que a materialidade escolar interfere nas práticas pedagógicas; que a formação inicial e continuada precisa acontecer em tempos e espaços comuns; incentivo à criação de comunidades docentes para que os professores mais experientes contribuam para a formação dos futuros professores. Abstract: This research makes use of the gardening metaphor to present the researcher's professional trajectory in the last ten years as a teacher of babies, elementary and higher education and teacher educators. As a researcher and a militant of the Freinet Pedagogy, she presents as a research problem for children or not the use of pedagogical instruments created by Freinet, both for adults and for very small children. Such the hypothesis was elaborated from the nature of nature from a child, that is, it needs to be the adult, that is, we choose our work, to show ourselves that everyone, to communicate and evaluate. The investigation was organized through the methodological principles proposed by Narrative Research in Education. As a landscape project, the research was carried out in three phases. The first concerns the training memorial in which the soil in which the author grew up and the sowings lived in childhood, adolescence and professional life were presented. In the second phase of the research, the "seedlings" of narratives of professional experiences were transposed to the land, in order to establish "roots" that interconnected the experience with the theoretical framework that support the work, such as: Freinet, Freire, Krenak, Monteagudo and Nóvoa. The narratively elaborated reflections led the researcher to know new concepts that helped her in the production and interpretation of data, such concepts were developed by the Modern School Movement of Portugal, they are: cooperative self-training, community of practice and pedagogical isomorphism. Finally, in the last phase, with the garden completed, it was possible to observe each bed and extract the lessons that flourished from them. The narratively elaborated reflections led the researcher to know new concepts that helped her in the production and interpretation of data, such concepts were developed by the Modern School Movement of Portugal, they are: cooperative self-training, community of practice and pedagogical isomorphism. Finally, in the last phase, with the garden completed, it was possible to observe each bed and extract the lessons that flourished from them. It was concluded that the use of instruments at different stages of education and life stages is possible, that school materiality interferes with pedagogical practices, that initial and continuing education must take place in common times and spaces and that we must encourage the creation of teaching communities for more experienced teachers to contribute to the training of future teachers.
