Este texto pretende indicar algumas das tendências presentes na crise atual e de que modo ela afeta intensamente a esfera do trabalho em escala global, seja por meio da erosão do trabalho contratado e regulamentado, seja pelo advento ou intensificação das mais diversas formas que encobrem mecanismos de maior exploração do trabalho, seja pela ampliação do desemprego estrutural. Além de apresentar algumas das presenças mais destrutivas em relação ao trabalho, o texto mostra como os capitais transnacionais buscam, nessa processualidade crítica, ampliar ainda mais o desmonte da legislação trabalhista. This article intends to indicate some tendencies that are present in the current crisis and the way this crisis affects work intensely in global scale, either because of the erosion of hired and regulated work, or because of the introduction or intensification of several ways to hide mechanisms of bigger work exploitation, or because of the enlargement of structural unemployment. Besides introducing some of the most destructive presences related to work, the article shows how transnational capital tries to enlarge the dismantling of the labor legislation.
