Resumo: A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo principal ampliar a discussão acerca do Basquete 3x3, de modo a contribuir com sua compreensão e caracterização, uma vez que apesar desta modalidade esportiva vir ganhando destaque no cenário mundial, ainda carece de publicações científicas. Para tal, realizamos pesquisa bibliográfica e documental a partir da qual buscamos compreender de que modo à literatura e outras fontes vem abordando esta modalidade esportiva e duas pesquisas de campo, que nos permitiram identificar quem são seus praticantes e gestores, bem como quais suas perspectivas e sentimentos acerca da mesma. As reflexões a respeito dos dados obtidos em nossas pesquisas tiveram como base teórica os referenciais da Pedagogia do Esporte, as contribuições de Norbert Elias e Eric Dunning a respeito do esporte moderno e de Anthony Giddens a respeito da modernidade. Os resultados de nossa pesquisa encontram-se distribuídos ao longo deste trabalho em cinco sessões: na primeira, escrita visando futura publicação em capitulo de livro, buscamos refletir o Basquete 3x3 a partir dos referenciais teóricos, o que nos permitiu abordar desde questões técnico-táticas da modalidade a até mesmo as características do esporte no contexto atual; na segunda seção, estruturada visando futura publicação de artigo cientifico, buscamos refletir o Basquete 3x3 a partir da ótica de seus praticantes, que por meio de questionário contribuíram com opiniões, que permitiram entre outras coisas identificar suas motivações e sentimentos a respeito da modalidade; a terceira seção assemelha-se a segunda, com exceção do método de coleta de dados, que aqui foi entrevista ao invés de questionário e dos sujeitos da amostra, que neste caso, foram gestores da modalidade; na quarta seção, também disposta em formato de artigo, buscamos analisar os dados obtidos na coleta de dados envolvendo os atletas e os gestores, buscando identificar semelhanças e diferenças em relação ao modo como compreendem o Basquete 3x3; por fim na quinta seção, apresentamos nossas considerações finais, refletindo acerca de limitações e desdobramentos futuros, provenientes dos temas aqui discutidos Ver menos

Abstract: This research aims to broaden the discussion about Basketball 3x3, in order to contribute to its understanding and characterization, since despite this sport is gaining prominence on the world stage, it still lacks scientific publications. To this end, we carry out bibliographic and documentary research from which we seek to understand how literature and other sources have been addressing this sport and two field research, which allowed us to identify who are its practitioners and managers, as well as what their perspectives and feelings about it. The reflections on the data obtained in our research were based on the references of Pedagogy of Sport, the contributions of Norbert Elias and Eric Dunning on modern sport and Anthony Giddens on modernity. The results of our research are distributed throughout this work in five sessions: in the first, written for future publication in a book chapter, we seek to reflect the Basketball 3x3 from the theoretical references, which allowed us to address from technical-tactical issues. from the sport to even the characteristics of sport in the current context; In the second section, structured with a view to future publication of a scientific article, we seek to reflect Basketball 3x3 from the perspective of its practitioners, who through a questionnaire contributed opinions, which allowed, among other things, to identify their motivations and feelings about the sport; the third section resembles the second, except for the data collection method, which was interviewed here instead of the questionnaire and the sample subjects, who in this case were managers of the sport; In the fourth section, also arranged in article format, we seek to analyze the data obtained in the data collection involving athletes and managers, seeking to identify similarities and differences in how they understand Basketball 3x3; Finally, in the fifth section, we present our concluding remarks, reflecting on future limitations and developments arising from the topics discussed here Ver menos
