|Title:||The Infrared Reflectivity In Srtio3 And The Antidistortive Transition|
|Abstract:||We have studied the infrared reflectivity spectra of SrTiO3, at various temperatures, down to 15 K. A Classical Dispersion model was used to fit the reflectivity spectra, considering both uncoupled and coupled modes. We also carried out a Kramers-Kronig analysis. The reflectivity in the low frequency region gradually increases on lowering the temperature, due to the soft mode behaviour. We also noticed that a new dip appears in the spectra below Tc∼110K, which has not previously been reported and which accounts for the Eu mode arising from the R'25 mode in the cubic symmetry. © 1982.|
