Title: Tunneling Of The Dislocations In 3he Crystals

Abstract: Tunneling of dislocations in bcc 3He is discussed from the stand point of Zener tunneling theory. In this tunneling penetrate Fermi particles of the massive thirring model which is equivalent to the Frenkel-Kontorova model. Quantum corrections are important in determing the energy value of solitons, i.e., penetrating Fermi particles which have weak attractive interactions.
