|Title:||Low Sperm Counts In Fertile Men|
Da Graca Fiorin M.
|Abstract:||The authors present the sperm analysis of 73 cases of fertile men from an infertility clinic who fulfilled three conditions: sperm concentrations of 40 million/ml or less; their wives became pregnant within 12 months following the semen analysis; and the resulting pregnancy was normally terminated in a live birth. Volume, sperm count, motility at 2, 4 and 24 hours and morphology are described. The data suggest that sperm counts below 40 million/ml does not signify that the male partner of the couple is infertile.|
