Abstract: The canonical Weyl basis described in Paper I is generalized to give a boson and fermion calculus which generates the symmetric and antisymmetric bases of U(nm) respectively contained in the irreducible bases of U(n)XU(m). The boson calculus may be used to find the multiplicity free Clebsch-Gordan coefficients of U(n). Copyright © 1976 American Institute of Physics.
