Title: Role Of Finite Hole Mass In The Negatively Charged Exciton In Two Dimensions

Abstract: The role of finite hole mass on the ground and excited state of the negatively charged exciton in two dimensions is discussed. The configuration-interaction is analyzed using exact excitonic states. A variational approach is used to study the ground-state energy to show the interplay of finite hole mass and electron-electron interactions.
