Abstract: The superficial mycosis are cutaneous infections caused by fungi. They are limited to the superficial portions of the skin, the hairs and the nails. The superficial mycosis are classified in ceratophytosis, dermatophytosis and candidiasis. The diagnosis and treatment of Tinea corporis, Tinea pedis, Tinea capitis, Tinea unguium, Tinea cruris and Psoriasis are reviewed.
