Title: The Integration Of Business Process At The Manufacturing Environment

Abstract: The globalization has forcing the companies to realign their process to enable survive in today's competitive world. Changes occur daily and the companies need to review your position concerning the customers, competitors, suppliers and within their operations to remain sustainable. The manufacturing systems should be designed to be able to meet the company's strategic objectives. The information technology brought facilities for the business management and the activities have to be redesigned to meet the strategic perspectives outlined and planned. The integration of the business systems, especially manufacturing, has been the main challenge within the business process. This article discusses the application of the concept of process integration using the information technology into the manufacturing environment and how to apply the methodology.
