Title: Alcoholic Fermentation From Sugarcane Molasses And Enzymatic Hydrolysates: Modeling And Sensitivity Analyssis

Abstract: The results from sensitivity analysis suggest that in case of changes in proportions of hydrolysates - molasses, the most relevant parameters (Yx, Yp/x, Pmax, μmax and n) must be re-estimated. The remaining parameters considered as non-relevant can be fixed without significant losses in model accuracy. The reduction of number of parameters to be re-estimated makes this procedure easier.
