Title: X-ray surface waves at large-angle incidence under multi-beam excitation
Author: Campos, C

Abstract: We present direct experimental evidence for generating systematically at large incident angles intense X-ray surface waves propagating along the air-crystal interface by using dynamical multiple diffraction under two-, three-, and four-wave excitations. The sensitivity of the surface waves to surface contamination and lattice strains is demonstrated. (C) 1998 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
