Title: Solving nonlinear systems of equations with simple constraints

Abstract: A general algorithm for solving F(x) = 0, x is an element of Omega, where F : R-n --> R-n is a differentiable function and R is closed and convex, is introduced. The new method uses the inexact-Newton approach with a globalization procedure. Conditions are given that ensure global convergence to a solution to the problem. Numerical experiments where Omega is an n-dimensional box are presented.
