Title: Full-vectorial FE-BPM approach for the analysis of anisotropic medium with off-diagonal permittivity terms

Abstract: A full-vectorial finite-element propagation method, spurious mode free, with off-diagonal elements in the permittivity tensor is presented for the first time.
