|Abstract:||Niels Bohr expressed his ideas about quantum phenomena in atomic physics in 1927. Bohr's way of looking at atomic phenomena may be extended in such a way in which they become relevant to every physical object, even outside the realm of atomic physics. In this paper we will develop a theory of thermodynamics based on Bohr's ideas on complementarity. Indeterminacy relations between thermodynamics conjugate variables are obtained.
