Abstract:	A presente pesquisa teve como tema a indisciplina escolar e como objetivo analisar os Registros de Ocorrências de Indisciplinas (ROI) em escolas estaduais de Indaiatuba – SP. Inicialmente, foram identificados os alunos com comportamentos considerados indisciplinados por meio de entrevistas com professores, equipe gestora e observações de aulas, em seguida foram analisados os ROIs desses alunos. Os registros escolares são importantes para a formulação e implementação de projetos preventivos que lidem com a indisciplina escolar, entretanto observamos uma banalização do ROI. Foi percebida uma discrepância entre as escolas quanto à quantidade de registros. Foi possível perceber que não há uma relação de continuidade e não ocorrem encaminhamentos necessários de cada registro

The objective was to analyze the Records of Indiscipline Incidents ( RII) at State Public Schools in a city of SP. It was identified the naughty students by interviewing teachers, the school coordination, directors; watching classes; analyzing the student's RII. The "school records" are important for the formulation and implementation of prevention projects which deals with school indiscipline. However, it was noticed a "trivialization" of the RII. There is a discrepancy between the number of schools and the number of records. It was realized that: there isn't a continue relation, and it doesn't occur referrals of each occurrence. ROIs would be important materials for preventing acts of indiscipline if used in a judicious and coherent manner
