|Title:||Uma Metodologia De Pre-despacho Ac Com Base Em Um Modelo De Fpo Newton|
|Abstract:||This paper proposes a new formulation to the Predispatch (PD) problem aiming to incorporate constraints associated to the reactive portion of the transmission system. The proposed PD model is subdivided in the Active (PDA) and Reactive (PDR) Predispatch models. PDA model establishes an initial active generation predispatch through a traditional PD model. In the PDR the predispatch proposed by the PDA model is evaluated from the voltage/reactive points of view, through the proposed non-linear Newton Optimal Power Flow (OPF). The PDR is formulated as a sequence of T OPF problems, solved separately but taking into account load tracking between consecutive time intervals. This approach considerably diminishes computational effort to perform the reactive analysis of the PDR problem as a whole. When necessary, the PDR model is capable of proposing redispatches in the active generation, such that critical reactive problems (in which all reactive sources have been insufficient to control the reactive problems) can be overcome. The formulation and solution methodology proposed are evaluated in the IEEE30 system in two case studies. These studies show that the methodology is robust enough to incorporate the reactive aspects to the PD problem.|
