Title: An Algorithm To Construct Strongly Controllable Group Codes From An Abstract Group

Abstract: In this paper we present a computationally implementable algorithm, based on the Schreier product theory (extension of groups), to construct a time-invariant and strongly controllable group code y from a given abstract group G, such that the trellis section group T of y is isomorphic to G. © 1998 IEEE.
