Title: Strong Elliptic Law
Author: Girko V.L.
Abstract: Some generalizations and explanations for the proof of the Strong Elliptic Law, published in [11-13], (198-5), are given: let Ξ = (ξ ij (n)) i,j=1 n be a random complex matrix, whose pairs of entries {ξ ij (n), ξ ji (n)}, i ≥ j, i, j=1, n are independent for every n, Eξ ij (n) = 0; E|ξ ij (n)| 2=n -1; = ξ ij (n)ξ ji (n)=ρn -1, i ≠ j, where ρ is a complex number and ξ ij (n) are given on the common probability space, there exist densities p ij (n) (x, y, u, v) of the random entries (Formula Presented). © 1997 VSP.
