Abstract: Brazilian agribusiness undergoes several and intense transformations both in innovations in production processes, in decisions and actions focused on sustainability and in the form of management, that is, in the relationships between leaders and their employees. Starting from the understanding of these transformations and considering the Brazilian Culture, the culture of organizations and leadership styles, present in the environments where leaders work, this work seeks to analyze the presence, characteristics and results generated by the LAS Model, proposed in this research, in the performance of leaders in companies participating in the research that are part of Brazilian agribusiness. This is a qualitative, exploratory-descriptive study through a Multiple Case Study in company and agricultural cooperative in Brazilian agribusiness. In the companies researched are used a semi-structured interview guide, a questionnaire and non-participant local observations. The analyzes are carried out through content analysis, hierarchical word classification (HWC) analysis through the Iramuteq Software and statistical analyzes through Microsoft Excel, SPSS and R. As main results and considerations, the research made it possible to perceive that, in general, the LAS Model is already present in the performance of leaders in the companies participating in the research; variations in the levels of assertiveness in the researched companies were noted; the presence of contemporary aspects of the Triple Bottom Line in the leaders' performance was perceived, despite the greater focus on Economic; it was found that the Culture of Collaboration (Clan) perceived in Company A may have influenced the greater presence of Assertive Leaders than in Company B, where the Culture of Creation prevailed (Adhocracy); it was noticed that the constructs Assertiveness (Assertive Leader) and Sustainable Posture (Sustainable Leader) presented more positive evaluations than the construct TBL; finally adjustment points and additions to the initial proposal of the LAS Model, presented in the Thesis, were identified
