Abstract: Entrepreneurial Capital can be considered one of the pillars for the formation of Entrepreneurship Ecosystems. Brazil is one of the countries with a high rate of entrepreneurial intention. Despite this, it presents inconsistencies that show that entrepreneurship training can be flawed, resulting in several businesses that sometimes do not prosper. Studies demonstrate the importance of a good formation of attractive scenarios for entrepreneurship or formation of the so-called Entrepreneurial Ecosystems that could form the basis for a more sustainable entrepreneurial development. Research associated with the formation and development of these Entrepreneurial Ecosystems has been the focus of several researchers and research institutions around the globe. Several studies try to decipher possible formative determinants of such Entrepreneurial Ecosystems. Some studies, on the other hand, emphasize the importance of focusing attention based on the formation of Entrepreneurial Ecosystems. Thus, this research focuses on one of the items that form any Entrepreneurial Ecosystem, Entrepreneurial Capital. This research, therefore, differs from several others because it seeks to explain the determinants that form Entrepreneurial Capital, which is a fundamental part of the Ecosystem gear. To this end, it was decided to use a different method in research on Entrepreneurial Ecosystems in Brazil associated with other methods. Thus, an analysis was performed using the Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) method, a qualitative technique associated with the Multiple Linear Regression technique. The research was carried out using data from all 645 municipalities in the State of São Paulo provided by the Sebrae Index of Local Economic Development – ISDEL database. The main results found demonstrate a large concentration of municipalities with a solid base for the formation of Entrepreneurial Capital in the metropolitan axes of the cities of São Paulo and Campinas. In addition, it was possible to measure different paths for the formation of this Entrepreneurial Capital involving the combination of factors such as Business Fabric associated with Governance for Development and Competitive Insertion, as well as Productive Organization as one of the development centers of Entrepreneurial Capital also associated with Competitive Insertion. On the other hand, according to the quantitative results, a large part of the formation of this Entrepreneurial Capital is associated with the local Productive Organization. As the main contribution of this study, we highlight the combination of Linear Regression Analysis and fuzzy set Qualitative Comparative Analysis techniques and the way of approaching the presentation of results using both techniques in a complementary way. Also noteworthy is the research's contribution to the search for determinants for the formation of Entrepreneurial Capital
